Katherine Effinger

Katherine's focus is to help you through every step of your real estate journey.  She combines her real estate knowledge and business expertise to provide the support and guidance that you need. Katherine was raised in Festus, Missouri, and attended St. Pius X High School. Katherine later graduated from Missouri Baptist University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management. She assists Clients throughout Jefferson County and all surrounding counties. 

Katherine also enjoys spending time with her husband, Mark, and their family. She also has two dogs, Pete and Koda; and a cat, Donut.
